Workshop “Values and Science” with Heather Douglas

Organized on the occasion of Heather Douglas’ visit to UCLouvain for the awarding of her honorary doctorate, this workshop is devoted to examining the role of values in science and their relationship with society. It proposes to address these issues from multiple philosophical perspectives, with an emphasis on dialogue with contemporary scientific practices and issues.
